Cómo seguramente sabréis Xiaomi construye de todo y a un precio muy competitivo. Pero hoy os hablaré de un teléfono móvil de gama media que nos ofrece mucho por muy poco, se trata del Xiaomi Redmi Note 5. Construido en metal y con una pantalla de 5.99" IPS de 1080x2160 píxeles de resolución, con este aspecto alargado que tan de moda se ha puesto en los terminales actuales últimamente. Y como nos tiene acostumbrados esta marca posee un acabado muy bueno aún siendo un gama media.

Pudiendo tener en la bandeja dos tarjetas SIM o una SD y otra SIM, como es habitual en los móviles de Xiaomi. Posee un tamaño de 75.4x158.5x8.1mm, por lo que estamos ante un terminal algo grande pero bastante delgado. Disponible en color negro, cian, oro y oro rosa, para mi el más bonito es el negro, aunque el cian no le sienta nada mal.

Cuenta con conector de Jack de 3.5mm por loq ue no debéis preocuparos por tener que usar un conversor o auriculares bluetooth para escuchar música. El resto posee el Snapdragon 635 y la Adreno 509, por lo que posee suficiente potencia para mover casi cualquier juego. Su sistema operativo se basa en Android 8 y su capa de personalización es MIUI 9.5. Y no tendréis ningún problema en cuanto a fluidez dentro de este sistema operativo. Por cierto, podréis quitar los botones que posee en pantalla porque no tiene botones físicos, y usar el Note 5 con gestos a los que no es dificil acostumbrarse.

La cámara trasera es doble, una de 12 y otra de 5 Mpx con doble flash LED que rinde muy bien con buena luz y obtiene unos desenfoques en el modo retrato muy bien logrados, aunque como imaginaréis con poca luz no rinde tan bien. Su cámara frontal es de 13 megapíxeles y ofrece también una muy buena calidad de imagen y de desenfoque en selfies. Un pequeño detalle es que la doble cámara trasera sobresale un poco del chasis, aunque con la funda que viene dentro de la caja esta queda mas disimulada.

Puede que no tenga tan aprovechado el frontal como otros modelos que hay en el mercado, sobre todo si lo comparamos con el Xiaomi A2 Mini, pero si que tendremos una pantalla muy generosa. Y todo esto a un precio que varia entre los 162 € en Aliexpress hasta los 249 € de la tienda de Xiaomi en España.
